Meeting Registration
Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are considered registered only after payment is processed.

Registration Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be made in writing.
• Refund requests postmarked on or before September 28, 2025, will receive a full refund LESS a 25% processing fee.
• Refund requests postmarked after September 28, 2025 will not be honored.
• Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing registration rate at the time of modification.

No photography or recordings of any kind will be permitted by attendees at this meeting. Anyone violating this policy will forfeit their registration privileges and will be asked to leave the meeting.

Photo and Video Release
DTS/ADA has hired an official photographer and videographer for the meeting. Photographs and video taken at the meeting may be used in future DTS/ADA publications, on the DTS or ADA website, or in other materials. By registering for this meeting, you agree to grant the DTS/ADA the absolute (perpetual), world-wide, transferable, royalty-free right and permission to capture and use this content for any DTS/ADA-related publication or website and for any other lawful purpose.
