Meeting Registration
Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are considered as registered only after payment is processed.

Registration via website, email, phone, and fax will close October 31, 2017, at 9PM (Eastern). Onsite registration will open November 1, 2017, from 2PM–6PM (Eastern); November 2, 2017, from 7AM–4PM; November 3, 2017, from 7AM–4PM; and November 4, 2017, from 8AM–4PM.

*Onsite registration will incur an added $200 to Standard Meeting Rates.
 
Registration Refund Policy

  • All refund requests must be made in writing.
  • Refund requests postmarked on or before October 2, 2017, will receive a full refund; LESS a 25% processing fee.
  • Refund requests postmarked after October 2, 2017, will not be honored.
  • Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing registration rate at the time of modification.
