Meeting Registration
Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are considered registered only after payment is processed.

Registration will close Friday, October 11, 2024, at 9PM Pacific. Onsite registration will open the afternoon of October 14 and will incur an added $300 to Standard Meeting Rates.

Registration Refund Policy

• All refund requests must be made in writing.
• Refund requests postmarked on or before September 15, 2024, will receive a full refund LESS a 25% processing fee.
• Refund requests postmarked after September 15, 2024 will not be honored.
• Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing registration rate at the time of modification.

No photography or recordings of any kind will be permitted at this meeting. Anyone violating this policy will forfeit their registration privileges and will be asked to leave the meeting.
