Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport – (ATL)

Since 1998, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has been the busiest passenger airport in the world and currently averages more than 250,000 passengers a day. Hartsfield-Jackson serves 150 U.S. destinations and more than 75 international destinations in 50 countries. Hartsfield-Jackson has the tallest air traffic control tower in North America (398 feet) and the fourth tallest in the world.

The Hartsfield-Jackson Plane Train, which is the Airport's underground automated people mover, quickly connects all seven concourses with the terminals. The wait time is less than two minutes between trains.  The Airport also offers convenient transportation to downtown Atlanta and points beyond through a Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) station inside the terminal.

Driving Directions:
Start out going southwest on Airport Blvd. toward Airport Cir. Turn right onto Riverdale Rd/GA-139. Merge onto 1-85 N toward Atlanta. Take EXIT 250 toward Tenth St./Fourteenth St./Georgia Tech. Stay straight to go onto Williams St. NW. Take the 1st right onto 10th St. NW. Take the 1st right onto Spring St. NW. Arrive at Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center.

Public Transportation:
The MARTA Airport Station connects to Hartsfield-Jackson at the west end of the domestic terminal building between Domestic Terminal North and Domestic Terminal South baggage claim areas.  You can take the MARTA red line or gold line from the Airport Station to the North Avenue MARTA station, which is 2 blocks from the meeting venue, the Georgia Tech Hotel.
