REGISTRATION REFUND POLICIES
All refund requests must be made by contacting info@diabetestechnology.org
Refund requests postmarked/received before May 1, 2020 will receive a full refund, LESS a 25% processing fee.
Refund requests received after May 1, 2020 will not be honored.
Registration modifications will be processed at the prevailing rate at the time of modification.
