Georgia M. Davis, MD

Dr. Davis is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at University Hospitals/Case Western Reserve University and Endocrinology fellowship at Emory University. Dr. Davis’ research focuses on inpatient and outpatient glycemic management, including the use of diabetes technology and its application to diverse populations of patients with dysglycemia and diabetes. Her research is partially supported by NIH (NIDDK) to study glycemic control in the perioperative period with the use of diabetes technology. Dr. Davis’ clinical practice is based at Grady Memorial Hospital, where she currently leads a clinic dedicated to managing type 1 diabetes and improving technology use among those with limited resources.
