Rachel Stahl is a Registered Dietitian & Diabetes Care and Education Specialist in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City where she provides diabetes self-management education and support and medical nutrition therapy for adults with prediabetes, gestational, type 1 and type 2 diabetes. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and received her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
 
Rachel’s clinical focus is on using individualized nutrition therapy strategies and behavior modification, diabetes technology, and digital healthcare to achieve better health outcomes. She places an emphasis on patient-centered team-based care to help patients develop and sustain positive behavior change.
 
An active member in the nutrition and diabetes professional communities, Rachel is currently the Technology Chair of the Diabetes Dietetic Practice Group and previously served as Public Relations Coordinator of the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NYSAND) and Past-President of the Greater New York Dietetic Association. Rachel is a proud recipient of the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year through the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
