Mr. Moser has practiced intellectual property law for more than 30 years. Currently, he is an Of Counsel attorney to Moser Taboada, the law firm he founded in 2005. Mr. Moser has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University. He began his career as a Research Engineer at SRI International researching advanced communications systems. After attending law school, Mr. Moser began practicing intellectual property law and representing innovative companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in a broad range of technologies including semiconductors, communications, computers, medical devices, software, position location, consumer products, industrial products, textiles, rubber, and energy.
