Moshe Phillip, MD

Prof. Moshe Phillip graduated (MD) from Ben Gurion University, Israel, in 1983 and specialized in Pediatrics at Soroka Medical Center, Beer Sheba and in pediatric endocrinology in 1989-1992 at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Since 1997 he is the director of the Institute for Endocrinology and Diabetes, National Center for Childhood Diabetes at Schneider Children’s Medical Center, Petah Tikva. From 2006 until August 2022 he served as Vice Dean for Research and Development at Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University. He serves as Chair of the Irene and Nicholas Marsh Fund for Endocrinology and Diabetes at this faculty.

Prof. Phillip is heading the Diabetes Technologies Center at the Institute. He is active in both clinical and basic research focusing on Childhood diabetes and growth.

Prof. Phillip is an active member of national and international organizations. He is co-chairman of the International Conference for Advanced Technologies and Treatments of Diabetes (ATTD).

Prof. Phillip has published more than 400 manuscripts, books as well as chapters in books.
