 Randi Seigel&rsquo;s practice focuses on advising health systems, long-term and post-acute care providers, physician practices, national and regional Medicare and Medicaid Advantage (MA) plans, health care startups and other health care stakeholders. She provides legal and strategic guidance across a variety of critical areas, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and state privacy laws, corporate practice of medicine, Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation and billing, fraud and abuse, compliance program requirements, and other regulatory and enforcement matters. Randi also has gained experience in providing regulatory and health care advice on a variety of complex transactions within the health care industry. Randi came to Manatt from the Visiting Nurse Service of New York (VNSNY), where she was head compliance officer and privacy officer for VNSNY&rsquo;s family of corporations.</p>
