She also has served or serves on national committees for the ADA, the Endocrine Society, the American Heart Association, and the Society of Hospital Medicine.

Relevant to today’s topic, Dr Magee has had a career long interest and expertise in innovative evidence-based strategies for the delivery of diabetes clinical care and education among diverse adults with diabetes, including the use of glucose monitoring technologies.
